How are wall area and perimeter calculated?
From the length and width you enter: perimeter = 2 × (A + B), wall area = perimeter × wall height, footprint = A × B. Every formula is editable, for example to subtract openings.
Does it work for refurbishments and new builds?
Yes, with separate templates: shell construction (foundations, walls, slab) and refurbishment (demolition, plastering, screed, services), each with your own rates.
